Five minutes on foot

1 Disembark and leave the terminal Walk off the ship and out through the terminal building. You are looking for the road, not the shuttle rank.

2 Head east past Fat Tuesday Turn east toward the main shopping village. Fat Tuesday is the landmark most people recognise.

3 Our sign is across the road Five minutes from the ship, no transfer to wait for and no queue to join. Come to the main office and we will check you in.

4 Check in thirty minutes before departure That half hour covers the paperwork, the safety briefing and getting you fitted out, so the tour itself leaves on time.

Not off a ship?

The shuttle is the same crew that runs the tours, so if your pickup is late, the tour waits for you rather than the other way round.

On the day

What to bring, and what to leave

Bring as little as you can

Sunscreen, insect repellent and bottled water are worth having, and all three are on sale at the main office. Lockers are available for a small fee. Closed shoes for the zip line, long trousers if you are riding.

Cameras stay behind

For your safety and everyone else's, cameras and phones are not permitted on the tour itself. Our team photographs the tour and the pictures are for sale at the main office afterwards.

If your plans change

Cancel more than seven days before your tour date and half the tour cost is refunded. Inside seven days we are not able to refund the booking. Either way, call or email us so we can free the slot for someone else.

Check your ship's all-aboard time against Roatan local time before you pick a departure slot. If you are unsure which one fits, call us and we will work it out backwards from your all-aboard.
