Finding us and timing the day
How far are you from the cruise terminal?
A five minute walk. Leave the terminal heading east, past Fat Tuesday toward the shopping village, and our sign is across the road. We are the closest adventure company to both of Roatan's cruise terminals.
When should I get there?
Thirty minutes before your reserved departure time. That covers the paperwork, the safety briefing and getting you kitted out, then the crew takes you up to the tour site.
I am staying at a hotel, not on a ship. Can you collect me?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. Tell us where you are staying at checkout and we will collect you and bring you back. It is the same crew that runs the tours.
What if my ship's all-aboard time is tight?
Tell us when you book and we plan the afternoon backwards from it. Tour times are Roatan local time, UTC-6, so check that against your ship's clock. If you are not sure which slot fits, call us and we will work it out with you.

What to bring and what to wear
What should I bring?
As little as possible. Sunscreen, insect repellent and bottled water are worth having and all three are on sale at the main office. Storage lockers are available for a small fee. We cannot take responsibility for personal property, so please travel light.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you do not mind getting a little dirty. Most people ride in shorts, a T-shirt and running shoes. Long trousers are fine and more comfortable in the saddle. Skirts and dresses are not suitable. Shoes are required, closed-toe are best, and strap-on sandals are acceptable. In the rainy season, bring lightweight rain gear.
Can I take my camera or phone on the tour?
No. For your safety and for the people around you, cameras and phones are not permitted on the tour itself. Our team photographs the tour and the pictures are for sale at the main office afterwards.
Is there anything that would stop me taking part?
Please do not drink alcohol in the eight hours before your tour. Anyone who is intoxicated cannot take part, and we do not refund that. Otherwise, tell the crew at check in about anything that might matter, and they will tell you honestly whether the tour suits you.
Who pays what
How do the age groups work?
Adult is 18 to 59, senior is 60 or more, youth is 13 to 17 and child is 12 and under. Every tour has a rate for each, and you pick how many of each when you book.
Is a combo cheaper than booking two tours separately?
For adults, yes. Two tours booked together as a combo come out below the price of two separate adult tickets, and they run back to back so nothing sits waiting in between. At the child rate the two work out the same, and you still save the waiting.
What if my plans change?
Cancel more than seven days before your tour date and half the tour cost is refunded. Inside seven days we are not able to refund the booking. Either way, call or email us so we can free the slot for someone else.
How do I get my tickets?
You book online, pick your date and time, and the tickets arrive by email. Bring them on your phone or printed, whichever is easier.

Ask us before you book
We would rather talk you into the right tour than sell you the wrong one.
