Jungle trails behind the pier on a 4×4, then out onto the sand. No licence needed, a guide rides with you.
from $84 Book this tourA private air-conditioned bus for up to 15 guests. One flat price covers the driver, the guide, every entry fee and lunch at Tabyana Beach.

Spend the day on Roatan’s west end in your own air-conditioned 17-seat bus, with your own driver and a guide who stays with you from pickup to drop-off. One flat price covers the whole bus for up to 15 guests, so the more of you there are, the better the day works out per person.
We collect you at Port of Roatan or Mahogany Bay and drive west through Coxen Hole, Gravel Bay and Flowers Bay. First stop is Charankako Bay for the three-shore viewpoint, hands-on chocolate and pottery making, and the Garifuna exhibit. Seven minutes on is Gumbalimba Park for the botanical gardens, bird park and monkey park. Five minutes more brings you to Tabyana Beach for two protected hours on the sand, with lunch already paid for.
Nobody else is added to your booking. Tell us your all-aboard time and we build the return with a deliberate buffer in front of it, so the last stop is never a rush.
Pick your date and time, and how many bookings you need. Your tickets arrive by email.
One flat price in US dollars, whatever the group size. Tour times are Roatan local time, UTC-6, so check your ship's clock against it.
A five minute walk from the cruise terminal. Head east past Fat Tuesday toward the shopping village, and our sign is across the road. Staying at a hotel on the island? Tell us where at checkout and we collect you for free.
Travel light. Sunscreen, repellent and water are on sale at the main office, and lockers are there for a small fee. Cameras and phones stay behind on the tour itself, so our team photographs it for you.
More than seven days before the tour date, half the cost comes back to you. Inside seven days we cannot refund it. Either way, call or email us so we can free the slot.
Three places, one bus, and almost no time spent sitting in it. Every entry fee below is already in the price.

Check in, meet the local guide, then a four minute walk up to the highest point on the property for the north, south and west shore in one turn. Down to the chocolate and pottery exhibit, where you make some yourself, then the Garifuna exhibit and the gift shop.

Botanical gardens first, then the bird park, then the monkeys. This is the stop people photograph most, and the one children ask about again on the way home.

Two protected hours on the sand, with lunch already paid for. Swim, eat, or do neither. The bus waits, so nobody is counting minutes except us, and we count them backwards from your all-aboard time.
