Clip’N’Zip, and what came after
We opened at the end of 2009 as Clip’N’Zip Canopy Tour. The owners already had nineteen years of zip line experience on this island by then, which is why the first thing we built was the cable course and not the office.
The horses came next, then the quads, then the trails that link them. Everything sits inside a 165 acre nature reserve above the cruise terminal, and everything is still run by the same family that cut the first path through it.
We are the closest adventure company to both of Roatan’s cruise terminals. At Isla Tropicale we are quite literally across the street.
You are not booking through a middleman
Most excursions sold at a cruise port are resold two or three times before they reach you. Every hand takes a margin, and none of them is the hand that checks your helmet. Ours are not resold. When you book here you book with the people who run the tour.
It also means we can be straight with you. If your group would be happier on a shorter tour, or a cheaper one, we will say so on the phone. We would rather you came back than paid more once.

Our reviews tend to name people rather than the company. Two guides travel with every zip line group, one sending and one receiving at each station, and they are trained to talk a nervous first-timer through it as much as to check a harness.
Names and a portrait for each guide, plus the year the family first started running tours on Roatan. Until those arrive this section stays as it is rather than filling up with stock photographs of other people’s staff.
